Andrew Giles - CEO

Andy is a business and technology professional with a degree in computer network systems. He has been in the IT industry for over 15 years and started his own company in 2010. A lifelong resident of the North Shore of Boston, he enjoys the outdoors and real estate investing. Andrew prides himself on serving the people aspect of technology.

Jared Watson - President

Jared holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and many technology certifications. He started his first IT support company in 2005 and formed Boston Networks in 2019 with Andrew Giles to deliver a true Fully Managed IT solution to existing and new customers. A lifelong resident of the South Shore of Boston, he enjoys spending time with his family and 2 children.

Michele Smith - Helpdesk Supervisor

Michele holds an International Business degree from McDaniel College and has a passion for fighting Cyber-Security.  She sits on 2 boards for the state of New Hampshire, the Advisory Committee to the FBI, and the Board of Directors for Infragard FBI. She is also the President of the Marshall R. Smith Childhood Cancer Foundation. Outside the office she enjoys Hiking, Volunteering, Traveling, and spending time with her wife Kristen and Dogs Finn and Benson.

Willis Hand – Systems Technical Lead

Willis is a Navy Veteran and holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UMass Lowell. Willis was Boston Networks first employee and loves being in a field where no two problems are identical. Outside of the office he enjoys Computer Programming, Amateur Radio, Woodworking, and spending time with his dog Teddy.

Michael Trombly - Systems Engineer

Michael started his IT career in 1983 with 16 years in the U.S. Navy as a Data Systems technician. He then went on to start his own MSP, focusing on security for medical offices during the adaptation to paperless medical records. Sine then he's continued to grow in his roles with other MSP's and joined Boston Networks in 2021. He's a certified Watchguard Engineer as well as a Sophos Network Architect. In his spare time Michael enjoys pickleball and fly fishing.
